Once you find ideal tour program through the web site and/or with our assistance, first let us know your information
(such as tour name and the dates you wish to go. ( you can send this information by e-mail or by filling our contact us form.

We then prepare a credit card form for the 33.3% pre-payment and send it you by e-mail.
We require from you to open that attachment, print it out, fill it in with your hand writing and fax it to our office in Istanbul ( fax number will be written on the form). Once we receive the fax we start your itinerary booking process and send you the confirmation within one 1 working day. After this your tour is all confirmed and ready for you to arrive and enjoy.

( The balance payment can be given upon your arrival or on the first day of the tour. ) Note: For reservations that are initially started in 3 weeks or less, full payment is required before confirmation of the tour.

Once we receive the filled and signed booking form by e-mail or fax then we start your reservation process and send you the confirmation within the 3 working day - -

At that point your reservation is all confirmed and ready for you to arrive . ( The balance payments are due 3 weeks prior to the departure date.

Note: For reservations that are initially started in 3 weeks or less, full payment is required before confirmation of the reservation.

For all bookings, a signed booking form is required before we will confirm reservations. In signing, the client thereby acknowledges that the tour has been booked and that all terms, conditions, liabilities, and refund policies are understood and accepted.
